How do I get started?

First, decide what services you are comfortable selling. Be realistic about your personal boundaries, and don't ever compromise on them. Not just because you should take care of yourself, but also because it just isn't sustainable. This is one job where burnout hits real hard, and the best way to avoid it is to not let it happen in the first place.
