Why don't you live verify?

The first reason is because I don't feel I should have to. I'm verified with r/sexsells, which is a process that takes two weeks (sometimes more) for the reddit portion. The third party portion involves government ID and tax info. I'm verified in about half a dozen other selling subreddits, I have reviews, and to top it all off I've been selling for over ten years. I have the receipts for my reliability as a seller.

The second reason is that I wasn't born yesterday and I know guys jerk off to it. (I have no idea why this is necessary, since I already post a ton of free content. Just use that.)

The third reason is a little more relevant to you as a buyer, and it's that these "verification selfies" are being used in catfish scams and they're no longer an indication of if the person you are speaking to is who they say they are. The person on the other side of the screen could be someone who has a collection of verification selfies they've gotten from sellers, and it's fairly easy to make the picture appear as though it's been taken live. Putting more of these selfies into the world makes the hobby more dangerous for everyone.

The only way to know that the seller you are buying from is safe is to make sure she is able to post in r/sexsells. If she can comment or post, it means she is verified already. The automod comment includes links to all her reviews, give those a peep if you like.

I still feel nervous without a verification, what do?

I can have sympathy for that! I'm a pretty paranoid person too. Here's some stuff you can do to rest your mind, while still respecting the policies and safety of sellers.

  • Make purchases through "official" avenues like manyvids or similar. Most have customer support that will help you if a seller doesn't deliver the product you paid for, or an escrow feature that will only send payment when the file is uploaded and delivered.
  • Make a very small purchase at first, to test the waters. Like a 5$ titty flash, or a premade video. If it turns out the seller isn't honest, you'll only be out 5-10$ (if 5$ is too much to lose, this may not be the hobby for you. your basic needs and health are more important than sex, please take care of yourself first)
  • Instead of scrolling and picking whoever is online, check the reviews tag and pick someone from there.
  • Don't hop from seller to seller, find a few that you really get along with and stick with them.
